Feel Good About Reopening Your Building with Master Maintenance
As essential workers, Master Maintenance remained on the front lines throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, safely operating and adapting to our customers’ needs. As an organization, we are grateful for the trust and confidence our customers have in our ability to keep their workspaces clean and their employees safe. During this time, we were able to unite as a team, reinforcing our commitment to service by quickly gearing up and diligently working toward stopping the spread of COVID-19.
Now that many companies are finalizing their plans to return to the office, we are ready and looking forward to having additional tenants back in our buildings during the summer months. In this post, we’ll outline some of the enhanced cleaning and preventive details our team can handle and how we’re helping facility managers get prepared for a return to the office.
We use COVID-19-approved disinfectant
Not all cleaning supplies are created equally, and Master Maintenance uses only the
best. In fact, in an effort to give tenants in the buildings our team maintains the best chance of staying healthy, we use COVID-19 approved disinfectant on all horizontal and vertical surfaces. We also use the latest technology in tools & equipment to protect the finishes of your building’s assets. We’re happy to provide a list of the cleaning supplies we use and encourage facility managers to be equally transparent with building tenants to instill a sense of confidence and wellbeing in people returning to work.
We believe in advanced cleaning technology
One of the things that facility managers love most about Master Maintenance is that we use advanced cleaning technology that works more effectively than traditional methods. For example, we use The Check Mate Electrostatic Cleaning System, a process that provides rapid, uniform application of fast-drying chemicals that can protect tenants against the spread of COVID-19.
The chemicals used in this form of electrostatic cleaning have been shown to kill viruses up to 10 times faster than competitive products. The reason these products work so well is that a positive charge is electrostatically added to each droplet, which allows the droplets to spread uniformly across the surface’s negative charge.
We cater our services to your needs
Because all businesses have unique needs, facility managers must work to meet a wide variety of demands. Fortunately, Master Maintenance works in close partnership with facility managers to solve whatever problems they have—including creating a plan around opening the building back up to tenants. We take the time to get to know our clients and the businesses that operate out of their buildings so we can do the best job possible.
