Recognized recently at the BOMA Greater Tampa Bay’s South Region 2022 Conference, four different buildings serviced by Master Maintenance received TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) honors.

Buildings serviced by Master Maintenance to be recognized as TOBY Award winner include: Tampa City Center, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, recognized in the Earth category; Harborview Plaza, managed by Cousins Properties, recognized in the 100,000 square foot to 249,999 square foot category; The Pointe, managed by Cousins Properties, recognized in the 250,000 square foot to 499,999 square foot category; and Urban Center, managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, recognized in the 500,000 square foot to 1,000,000 square foot category.
